1. No Refunds Policy

At George's Attire, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

Exceptions:

  • If an item is damaged upon delivery or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible claims will be reviewed, and we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2. Custom Orders

  • Custom apparel is created based on the specifications provided by you, the customer.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all details (e.g., sizes, colors, designs, spelling) are accurate before submitting your order.
  • Once a custom order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Product Descriptions and Colors

We strive to display product descriptions and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will match the actual product color.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • George's Attire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed during delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on George's Attire's website and products are the exclusive property of George's Attire. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

George's Attire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Employee Selling

If you are a employee selling for George's Attire, you are owed a 15% commission for each item you sell. However, you cannot sell to yourself to get a discount.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
